As hard as we try to ensure that your mail gets through to the intended recipient, some things are out of our control. Please note that some recipients may have spam filtering in their email systems which could prevent them from viewing an ecard from Ibiza Sound Cards. Some systems may file these suspect email in a "junk mail" folder and some may not allow them through at all.

If you find that you or your recipients are not receiving ecards from Ibiza Sound Cards that have been sent to you, please first check the email address as an incorrect email address is usually the problem the majority of the time. If that is not it, check to see if you have a "junk mail" folder or spam folder where unidentified files are automatically sent.

If you find that a valid Ibiza Sound Card email is being filed as spam, and you are using Outlook as your email client. Follow the guidelines below as listed on the Microsoft Outlook website:

Make an exception in my Junk Senders list

• On the Tools menu, click Rules Wizard.
• In the Apply rules in the following order box, click Exception List.
• In the Rule description box, click Exception List.
• Click Add.
• Enter the e-mail address (ecards@ibizasoundcards.com) you want to make an exception for.
