These photos were taken when David trekked a less traveled route from Cuzco to the ancient city of Macho-Picchu across mountain passes, glaciers and through lowland jungle.

Another World, Same PlanetBali Indonesia has an exotic feel given its volcanoes, rice paddies and deep spirituality. The Balinese are Hindu and practice daily their faith and love for their land. The dance seen in these photos is of the Barong, a visualization of a classic Hindu story between good and evil. An experience that defies Western experience, the Balinese dress in magnificent costumes that illustrate a blending of their rich mythical beliefs and history.

One World, Protect It!Kenya is another world; from Mt. Killamanjaro to the plains of the Masai Mara, it is a beautiful and exotic country. For two weeks David traveled on Safari, venturing into the bush to photograph the animals in their natural state (to photograph the lion he had to come in dangerously close). He also loved the tribes’ people, found them warm, welcoming and very photogenic.
